We have a few AM accounts and have been very happy with the service. We've used other systems, such as iSnare, in the past and loved AM. We're disappointed in transition, however will soon be satisfied once, and if, the service is at least status quo to what it was. We understand you guys must be crazy with the transition. I don't understand why or how you delegate which AM accounts go to which company. It appears Content Crooner is up and the other solutions isn't working. As you can tell, my employee is satisfied with CC. My company has since moved over and contracted with Content Crooner to do pretty much the same functions there and even a couple of new ones. We're proud to be there to continue our service to the article marketing community. The Content Crooner Tech Guys have been hard at it the last 4 days ironing out any wrinkles in the system (like the slow loading author's page referenced above) and are making headway. It's expected to have a few bugs to squash with any new site launch and CC is no different. Bear with them.
